TN Chain Link Manufacturing

Contacting Premier Fence & Deck situated in Murfreesboro to obtain more in detailed information regarding TN Chain Link Manufacturing will most definitely be the best option.

TN Chain Link Manufacturing is known as weaving. The metal wiring that is being used is often galvanized, as this helps in the reducing of corrosion. In the chain link manufacturing a metal wire is pulled beside a rotating long and flat blade, consequently creating a flattened twist. The twist continues to rotate past the blade and winds its way through the previous twist that is already part of the fence. When the twist reaches the far end of the fence, it is cut near the blade. Next, the twist is pressed flat and the entire fence is moved up, ready for the next cycle. The end of every second twist overlaps the end of every first twist. Then a machine clamps both ends and gives them a few twists. This makes the links permanent.

TN Chain Link Fence Installation

For all your TN chain link fence installation inquiries, contact Premier Fence & Deck situated in Murfreesboro, who is always ready to provide extraordinary customer service to our clientele.

TN chain link fences are installed by setting posts into the ground and attaching the fence to them. These posts may be made out of steel tubing, timber or concrete. The posts can either be driven into the ground or be set into concrete. Posts that are placed at the end, or the corner, or at the gate are usually known as “terminal posts” and are normally set into concrete to prevent it from leaning due to the tension of a stretched fence. The posts set between the terminal posts are known as the “line posts” and are at intervals that do not exceed 10 feet. The TN chain link fence is attached to one end of the posts, stretched and attached at the other end, and tied to the line posts with aluminum wire. When a bottom tension wire is stretched by an installer, it is referred to as a “coil wire”, and this is done between terminal posts to help minimize the in and out movement that occurs at the bottom of the TN chain link mesh between posts. Top horizontal rails can be used on most chain link fences, although it is not necessary. Intermediate horizontal rails are often added for taller fences that are 10 feet or more. The bottom wire is normally secured to the line posts and the chain link mesh "hog ringed" to the tension wire 2' on center.
